I highly recommend Seismic Northwest! They gave me a competitive quote on the spot after assessing the job site. Other contractors took ages to get back to me with a quote. Then, they worked with us as we had to change start dates. Their communication is top-notch. We appreciated getting daily emailed updates. They took care of permitting, cleaned up each day, and were very conscientious.

These guys were great to work with! We contracted Seismic NW to retrofit our 1906 home and they did a great job. Additionally they handled all the "extras" – the permits, inspection scheduling, etc. Very efficient, communicative, and friendly! Thanks Sam!
