My scheduled time had technician arrival window*
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No technician arrived, there was no phone call, email, or update to real time tracking on the link. At 4:00 I phoned customer service. I was told that "the technician will call when he is at your door."
Darrel arrived at 5:00. He asked me the problem, I explained the trouble, he hooked up the computer, confirmed the problem, told me his computer said he had the part on his truck. He replaced the part and was done in 15 minutes. The part was $75.25, the bill was $259.12.
Sears has a lot of work to do to improve their customer service and make clients aware that technicians get $360.00 an hour.
