I'm leaving 4/5 stars for the gentleman who took care of the compactor. Everything else deserves maybe a 2. You gave me a window of 1 - 5 and didn't update me until nearly 5 to tell me that my window was now 3:45 to 5:45. You have that tracking mechanism for your drivers -- you need to let clients know much sooner if the window is changing to later. Also, I understand the diagnostic fee, but I don't understand how someone can do any diagnostics without taking the machine out and looking at it. It turnout it was simply a loose wire. Did that warrant an extra 20? The actual repair time was maybe a quarter of the time it took to process a credit card payment with your antiquated system. So again - to be clear -- the technician was very nice, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Sears, on the other hand, needs to get its act together. Sears has been around far too long to still be functioning this way.
