The process of getting the repair completed was painful especially with no update from the service person for the time frame on the date of repair. No contact was made prior to the appointment of 4/21 to provide a change to the time slot for the actual site visit. After no show and a phone call to find out if the repair person was in fact going to meet the appointment date, it was discovered that the original person could not make the scheduled time and that another person needed to do it and they were unable to meet the original scheduled time. Part of the planning for this is making arrangements to miss work to attend and when there is no advance warning it just makes for a bad experience. Not really happy with this service at this point. Would look for another alternative to completing the repair in the future.
