The washer and dryer are great. You know what is not great? Apparently Sears when they mess up your account and make in near impossible to pay your bill. So let me back up a bit. I go in and buy my washer dryer. I pick up the hoses as well. It gets delivered and the guys ask me if I had the hose kit. I respond that this was not mentioned to have. So they kindly installed it even though the papers said they were not supposed to. Isn't that the whole point of delivery when the rep says they install it? It gets worse... So During the process they had to renew the card as it has not been used in a while. So I provide them the new address and information. I am told that the card and information will be sent to me. Guess what? It was sent to an address near 5 years old and the account was using information even older. So I call them asking to resend the card and account information. They thought I was stealing my account. I called 2 times and got this response. They said they were going to look into public records and reach out to authorities to verify me. This never happened and the phone call form a representative also never happened near a month. So I go into the store in person with this issue to get it resolved. The manager and staff stated they couldn't manage anything account level. So they call the center from the store. Again I am told that this sounds like a theft potential. I tell them what store and the names of the ladies in front of me. Heck call in the police if you need them to confirm me. So I leave. Near 3 weeks later now claims calls me which is Citi Bank. I figured this to be a scam as its Sears not Citi Bank. I hang up and call Citi Bank and worked my way to the department, it was true. I give this guy my story and he was astounded saying you can pay the bill regardless if its your account. He managed to get it all cleared up but even he had to go to great lengths tracking down the individuals who misled me. SEARS I tell you this now. Never will I pay you a single dime once this transaction is payed off. You made this such a nightmare that was your fault to begin with hell. NEVER AGAIN will I shop in your store. None of your staff even attempted to resolve this nor tried except a call in to hand me your phone.
