Great! I was given an estimate that I was told it would be that or less. They did the repair that I needed with advice on other maintenance that I should consider. When I need the additional maintenance, I'll be a returning customer.

I never enjoy going to a shop and feeling obligated to purchase things; before walking in I was worried about the "car salesman," pushy attitude I might get from the employees. I was pleasantly surprised. The man was very welcoming and was extremely helpful without me feeling like he was taking advantage of someone new to mopeds. He answered all of my questions about the different cc's and gave me information on taking a scooter course. At the end I didn't buy anything (as I'll be taking the course first, which he encouraged) and even though he didn't make a sale he seemed happy to help me out. His customer service seemed very genuine and it shows that he's not just working there for money but that he enjoys the hobby. There's a nice selection of scooters, though limited in makes; a few Vespas and other brands but mostly Genuine and Chicago scooters. There are also accessories, parts, gloves, helmets, and the like available but the selection is a little scarce. It's a pretty small store but I get the impression that what is for sale is of quality. I'll definitely be returning for my first scooter purchase.
