Safeway

It is a Good supermarket chain. It is 24 hours opened 7 days a week so it is always available for you, whenever you need. I go there a lot during the night while it is very calm and relaxed. But you f course do not forget that all supermarkets have good promotions. That’s how they conquer people. Check other supermarkets too, always. This specific location is one of the best organized and clean Safeways I know.

I don't write bad reviews often and this review has nothing to do with this Safeway location but one of its employees. Amanda was working as a cashier and was outright rude to me for no reason at all. I gave her ample opportunities to apologize and change her attitude but all I got was a passive aggressive "Sorry." If management reads this, please coach Amanda in how to have positive interactions with customers. It is one thing for someone not to be nice, which is honestly fine with me. What I have a problem with is how she was actually disrespectful to me and cut me off multiple times when I was speaking. When I got the impression she was having a bad day I asked her how her day had been and she didn't respond and told me to go look in the liquor section....which I had already done and was why I was asking for her help in the first place. I'm sorry you were having a bad day Amanda but as someone who also works with people every day, that doesn't mean you have a right to be rude to your customers.
