I would give a zero if I could. The lady at the call center was wonderful! She called the nearest location for me to see if I could get mobile service. After being on hold for a few minutes, the operator came back on, with the lady from the closest business on a three way conference call on the phone. She was very rude in saying that they don't serve my area!! You'd think I was asking for the world! It was just an inquiry! The call center lady apologized for the other lady's rudeness. I thanked her for HER help, but told her that I will never call Safelite again. You'd think she could have been friendly, and maybe I would have gone to their location to have the work done. Also, the location where I work is closer than the location that she told me they don't service past. Wow- big disappointment. I don't need that kind of attitude.
