Safelite AutoGlass

Vlad Stovba replaced my windshield today and did a wonderful job. There was a misunderstanding with the glass but he made it up to me with replacing my wipers! Great customer service and very understanding. Recommend this company over any others. Thanks again!

They repaired my drivers window after some a-hole broke into my car. They even cleaned out all the glass I couldn't get to and drove it to my work when they were done! Baller y'all (Back in June)I would recommend this place to any one who needs their services in glass repair. My back window was accidently broken out and after being on the phone with safelite Insurence policy guys for a while - I found out that I'm only covered for glass damage done during a collision or attack (like road rage resulting in a bat to my window or something) and this wasn't one of those incidents, just an accident on my part - meaning it would have to be out of pocket. I am a poor college student so this wasn't great to hear- I had been making small talk with the employee and she knew all of this. So she asked if I could handle the bill and when I said it would be a cut into my finances for sure, she said she would hunt for any discounts that could be offered to me- found about 3 or 4 and brought my estimate down about 1/3rd of the way which was a huge help. I had never before experienced a company that would put human sympathy over their profits. Myself and my family were very impressed and will be returning to Safelite for any future glass repairs.
