Damir installed a heat pump at our office two years ago. The install went well and the product was delivered at promised. However, the company did nothing to support the product they had installed and completely left us in the lurch. We are still having the same cooling issues we had with our old unit. I have brought this issue to his attention on multiple occasions and each time he has brushed me aside with incredible rudeness. I called again today and was told it would be 6 weeks before they can make it by to my office. As a professional, it’s not just about the product you provide, but how you support the customer after you have installed it. Look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.
