We and our neighbors contacted Roto Rooter for water drainage problems we were having after recent heavy rains. We believed we had clogged gutter drain lines. A “technician” came out and looked over the problem. He attempted to clean out the lines, but his equipment failed to work, so he told us he would come back the next day with a better piece of equipment. Once again the equipment failed to work, so no work was accomplished at either home. The lady who runs the company wanted us to pay $400 apiece for absolutely no work. We refused, but did pay
$200 each for the house calls. This company is a complete sham. I would give them 0 stars if that option were available!
