I am in shock. My family has used Robison Plumbing for many many years. However, this morning when I call because I have a flooded upstairs bathroom from a leaking toilet, I'm told that Sunday is the first appointment available. When I express that I have water on the floor, I'm told that I can go on a waiting list and "see if someone cancels or gets done with another appointment early." When I asked why there was no one for their "24 hour emergency service" as posted on their web site, she inferred they don't have enough plumbers. That said, I called another local plumber who's coming by in the next half hour. I am perplexed what has happened to Robison Plumbing??
