If there was a way to give no stars, I would. My husband and I finally had a date night from the kids for the first time in a long time. We looked up something new to do and Replay came up on our search. We really enjoying gaming and thought let's give it a try. First reaction was that it was a hole in the wall place, but it could be fun. The games themselves were entertaining, but we only played one. We decided to order something to eat and drink. We got our one beer and water. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food, the bartender/waitress states that they are out of pulled pork. Both of us ordered something that had that with it. We then decide on 2 easy meals. Chili cheese dog and grilled cheese. Another 30 minutes goes by and we receive our appetizer we ordered with our original meals. The fries were ice cold, the chili was lukewarm at best, and the cheese not melted. So off the bat, we are already pretty upset. Another 20 minutes goes by (1 hour and a half for food??) and we finally decide we don't want to wait any longer. On top of all of this, she had to come back to ask us for our order multiple times even though she did write it down. People that came in after us were receiving their food while we were still waiting. They did not have us pay for anything, but stated when we were leaving, to other customers, that we were leaving because they didn't have pork. No we left due to extremely bad service.
