Witnessed a great deal of corruption here since 2011 on. A particular employee, Gail Rost, had continuously showed unimaginable biased when it came to handling cases for my elderly family members. The documented unethical behavior of this employee was mind boggling at first. She was in clear violations of HUD guidelines and she wouldn't even hide it when was confronted about it in front of her supervisor Jill Richardson. She turned annual recertifications into endless unnecessary ordeals, ever since I confronted her about how she was purposely inputting false information. I do not know what it is now and if she was finally removed from handling my dad's case, as I am battling cancer and stepped away from overseeing the mess that my family have to deal with every year over there. One family member(client) has already died. Her last days were filled with stress and uncertainty as Gail Rost kept making things more and more complicated. It seemed like the only way to get things done was to keep asking to involve other employees and keep Mrs Rost away from handling these cases, as it was clear that she had a conflict of interest. Yet, she would be right back doing the same things the next year. Mrs Rost is a clear liability for this agency and should have been removed from handling cases that she purposely delayed and faked info to fulfill her biased perception about these clients and myself as well. The worst thing out of all this, is that her supervisor Jill Richardson heard her say very unethical things in my presence and did nothing. This makes this agency corrupt and in plain violation of HUD rules plain and simple. Mrs Rost remained at her position, and was only removed from the case ones, it was that first time in 2011 when she was caught providing false fake info in order to delay recertification and to discredit me as a live in aid at the time for my father. Which I wasn't even planning on doing anyways, their front desk offered it to me when they found out that I provide official caregiving to my dad via DSHS. But each year after ,she was back doing recertifications, and each year it was the same neglect to communicate odd changes that she would made up to derail the timely recertification, which had to be always reversed though the director Mark Groper, since everyone between him and Mrs Rost in the ranks have failed to question what she was doing and why. Employees Like Gail Rost can easily become a liability for an HA when they abuse their discretionary power to this extent. Again, this has been documented so extensively in writing and by recorded voice that it's mind boggling that she is still there and is still allowed to work on same cases that she kept providing false info to fulfill her biased prejudice on this particular family, as well myself. Again, I am taking care of my cancer right now and don't have much time for this mess, but I strongly believe that people who don't even hide their biases against disabled and immigrants in the open like Mrs Rost did, shouldn't be working in social services at all.
