Renaissance at 29th

We lived there for nearly 5 years (2011-2016) and at first it was a Godsend...but it was obvious that the carpeting hadn't been replaced in quite some time as well as any other updates. Then when it came time to move, we got charged for all of the remodeling they were going to do anyway (painting, new carpets, etc.), which should NOT have been our responsibility. This was when they were in the midst of remodeling all of the apartments and we had initially considered moving into a single story 3 bedroom but the price was more than we were willing to pay. We moved to another state but the money they claimed we owed was ridiculous, the only thing that we should have been charged for was a bedroom door. Also, the office staff was difficult to get a hold of, this is true.
