Not happy about the customer service at Alderwood store. I had great success finding a pair of walking shoes but did not realize till the next day that they had sold me two different sizes (one 1/2 size larger than the other) I phoned the store to see if they could send me the correct shoe but they told me I would have to come in to correct THEIR error. (They did take the time to check and did discover that they have the two other shoes at the store) I live over 400 miles from the store so that was not an option for me. I was told I could go to the nearest REI and they would correct their error. This means a drive of over 200 miles but it is more doable. This is not customer service.
