It is not as nice community as it makes out from the review. Most reviews are forced where community managers ask tenant to give the positive reviews, so do not go by the google reviews. Few negatives, Gym is of lowest quality with no maintenance on equipment. Utility bills always go over the the top in this community. We provided the move out notice well in advance and then later it came out that they do not check the notice on mail and I got a notice to pay some additional sum on late notice. Only good thing about this community is the ample parking space.
