I generally love the franchise, but the last few times my friend and I have gone here have been subpar experiences. The service was very slow and our waitress was rather rude. She would not converse or even make eye contact with us. Much of the service was her dropping by, saying "Here" as she put something on the table and then leaving. Never came by to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. When we flagged her down and asked for more fries, she just said "It's going to be a while, we're busy" and walked off. Still no smile or anything resembling service. Next time we saw her, 20 something minutes later, she just put the fries down and said "Are you paying in cash or do you know how to work the card reader?" A pretty obvious message of "You guys need to leave now" (note there were multiple available tables next to us and we were in the bar). We eventually ended up asking a passing waitress for water because she was so much more pleasant and we didn't want to have to deal with our assigned waitress anymore.
2 more areas of note during the visit. 1) one of the bus boys accidentally dropped a glass and much of the waiting staff jeered and mocked him, which we found very rude. 2) our food arrived cold. I did have to send mine back because it was incorrect, and it still came back cold.
All in all we will not be going to this restaurant again. Too many bad experiences.
