That place is really clean. The janitor must work very hard... Nice people everyone there is kind and smiles as you pass by each other. Very friendly environment..

I was given a notice to vacate in one of their Town Homes for a NEIGHBORS party, which the police confirmed. Supposedly Cycle Real estate gave the Rants Group to vacate me and even though I proved it wasn't me they wouldn't change their mind. Cycle kept saying the manager would call me or reply to my emails but never did and insisted they had nothing to do with it after it was resolved that I did not throw the party. Even the neighbor who threw it called and said that it was all Rants Groups doing. Darrell McQuiston of Rants Group kept saying it was because of Cycle but then he had said he watched my place after the complaint (is this legal?!) and I had too many people coming over lately is the new reason since the initial complaint (I was on suicide watch from my friends in turns at the time as my ex had just left me for another woman, so I had friends coming in intervals to stay with me which I explained to him). Your company left me homeless, didn't bother to care, reply or try anything to help the situation. Also Rants Group charged me for things on my move in list as well as when I left my Dyson Ball vacuum there they said it somehow wasn't there. Also said we left the place unlocked and a mess which my mother and father helped me clean all day before and we took photos. Both your companies are lying heartless scoundrels that I'll never rent with again. I know the real reason was because you had over a $1,000,000,00 overhead on renovating the town homes and you needed the tenants to vacate for it. Heartless.
