The manager at this location is incredibly courteous and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. I purchased the part for a roof rack on my Outback and by the time I got home and began the install, I quickly realized that a part we required may have been defective. The manager (I forget his name) stayed passed his shift to ensure we got it in time for a Leavenworth trip first thing the next morning. Can't thank him enough for going above and beyond!

Great education and knowledgeable staff. Car racks etc are expensive, so thankfully they also sell USED gear of all kinds. Not all their prices were marked which was somewhat frustrating. I went there to research roof cargo boxes and though I bought the gear on OfferUp, I paid them to install it on our minivan. It's nice having a local vendor help determine which components are needed to fit your vehicle. Their consultation and willingness to work within a budget makes this business a great adveture gear outfitter.
