Quality Sewing & Vacuum

My wife quilts and does sewing. The store has helped us in selecting, buying,and maintaining the machines that we bought. They are very friendly and helpful. They will take the time to help you with any problem you may have with sewing.

I have taken my Miele vacuum cleaner in for service twice now to this location of Quality Sewing. Both times when I got it home it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. The first time i took it in there was nothing wrong with it and when I got it back I could no longer release the wand so the power head can swivel. This last time I took it in a young man called me to let me know my vacuum was ready about 5 days earlier than expected. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to have it back so quickly. I asked him if he was able to clean the power head as this was my main reason for bringing in the vacuum. I could tell by the long pause and his response that he did not clean it even though it specifically said on my invoice that I was charged for this service. My power head is now performing even more poorly than before I brought it in and the release that enable the wand section to swivel, so I can actually use the vacuum, doesn't work again. They are really nice, which I appreciate, however the quality of the work performed is very poor. I would not recommend going to this location.
