Purple Cafe and Wine Bar

Food/service was good but they auto add 20% service charge that gets TAXED. The piece of paper you receive with the menu explains the economic, not specific, but they believe "instituting a mandatory 20% service charge allows them to maintain equitable compensation for the entire staff". If mandated minimum wages are raising business costs, then RAISE PRICES. The service charge should be mine to determine based on service provided!!!!!!!!!!
