My Dr at the office when I first came to PSG was fantastic and took a lot of time with me, however my experience with the colonoscopy was not so great. They heard you in like cattle on a farm, and take no time to make sure your comfortable. The physician who did my procedure didn’t even talk to my husband after, instead just talked to me for all of 10 seconds while I was still partially sedated and remembered nothing. I was rushed out of there so fast, it felt like there was no care to be sure I was even ready to leave. I could hardly walk. Not a patient centered environment at all, felt more like a business operation.

I Wish there was a way to No stars because the only reason there is one is because of Anna they only care about money there I only had 1 visit left my medical was changed due to disability I told them to call me with my results on my last blood test they said we cannot do that but we will not see you we will have to switch you to another gas geraldo just now I had already wanted to switch from the 1st Gasteropoda just they had because she was the rudest person I ever met then they gave me appointment with their male gasteropod just who I never got to meet because they didn't want me to complete my visit due to my insurance then Anna Called and said that they would see me for free I did not want that the lawn Washington State Reads if you are an existing patient they have to say you for at least 30 days and help you find a another doctor all I wanted was my results my appointment was on Monday but due to my wife's health and so many doctors appointments I canceled they then called me to day and And asked why I missed my appointment I told them I had canceled on Monday due to my wife's conflicting schedule I just need my results The woman on the phone said I don't know what we can do about that I will have to get back to you this place cares nothing about you they care about the money please if you have a chance to go somewhere else try it
