Public Storage

Within less than seven months I have rented here at this location twice! My first experience a guy named, O has helped with a great spirit and gentle caring way. My second visit was today with a woman named, Dora. Her energy and the way she carried herself was gentle, caring and well-mannered. Dora has helped me not only with the storage room but helped me save time to go searching for another storage somewhere else. She has a great personality and a natural way to care for others that are coming in stressed about moving out. I went in with a feeling of sadness, stress and anger about my life circumstances but the weird thing is I left feeling somewhat of those feelings being lifted in a positive way. Thank you for awesome customer service... thanks for actually caring.
