Providence Walk-in Care - Monroe

I wish I could post the pictures I took of this exam room. It literally looks like someone pissed all over the wall and no one has cleaned it up. Its 8am I'm the first person in this room. I though u cleaned before the start of a new day or at least clean the dry crusty lub. Of the wall as well. Nasty nasty nasty place to come get help, I do have pics of all this too
