Providence Physician Group

Dr. Hitchcock is one racist doctor who doesnt care about patients and all she is after is money and the number of patients she can see in an hour. This was the first time I visited this clinic and will be the last time! I would rather drive to bellevue or seattle to see another doctor who actually care about their patients and not after money. She is very disrespectful to immigrants/foreigners. I've never seen any doctor this racist in my life!!! I visited the walk in clinic in monroe for severe cough and short breath. The front desk staff were rude and very disrespectful. Ferna, who is a front desk staff, she asked me for ID and $25 and then she told me the wait is hour and a half !! I waited for an hour and 30 minutes until my name was called. Then I had to wait about 25 minutes in the room for Dr. Hitchcock to show up. When she came in, all she did was look at my throat and then concluded that there is nothing wrong and I should wait for two weeks if my symptoms get worse. I would not wait there for two hours if there was nothing wrong with me?? I asked her if she could give me a cough medicine or an inhaler, she replied "Nope I cant!".. I asked her again and she said no go to your family doctor. Well it is three day weekend and I cant wait thats why I went to walk in in the first place. She then stepped out without even saying bye or I won't be back. I didn't know to leave or wait for her? Then in 10 minutes someone else walked by and said "oh she is with another patient and you're good to go"... PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND AVOID THIS CLINIC AND AVOID DR. HITCHCOCK FOREVER!!!
