Prosser Piano & Organ

Purchased a used Young Chang upright piano in November '14. Prosser delivered the piano without scratching or marring our brand new hardwood floor. We noticed a couple of keys sticking and a few notes that had a definite "wawawa" to them shortly after delivery. We contacted Prosser who assured us this was normal on a new delivery and to give it a few weeks of settling time and the tuner will address all of these problems. A couple of weeks later the tuner came and addressed all of the problems. The piano looks wonderful in our living room, has a beautiful sound and we've had no further problems with it. If we decide to upgrade in the future, we will definitely work with Prosser to sell this one and purchase another.
