Prescription Optical - Cascade Eye And Skin Center - Bonney Lake

"I went there two years ago for my eye exam and was very pleased with the Dr. When I went to choose eye wear I found the staff to be too busy to assist me. I also had to schedule an appointment for contact lenses. That was a waste of time. This week I went in for my scheduled exam and again, very pleased with the Dr and staff. I tried getting eye glasses and once again the staff was rude and very unprofessional. I stood for several minutes being ignored while listening to the gal have a personal phone conversation. I filed a formal complaint with the establishment. I'm still waiting for a call from them for my contact lens prescription.
