Wonderful company and Carrie was so thoughtful, respectful and sincere about our grief for our beloved Bruno. I talked with her on the phone a couple of times and I could tell that she genuinely offers the deepest respect for the remains of our pets and understands that they are part of our family and deserve the utmost respect.
