WAVE-Internet-TV-Phone - Port Orchard, WA Store

Do not get service through Wave! My bill went up without my knowledge so I went into the store and the guy that helped me said that ‘it’s the local news station that is charging extra not us’. He also told me that it happens with every other provider. Not true, I’ve had Cox, Verizon, AT&T, Direct and never had my bill go up because of local tv stations. He showed me on my bill where it ‘stated’ that my bill will go up, all it is is a broad statement that it is subject to change (not if, when, how much, etc). My bill started at $120 per month and I’ve had service with them for 7 months and is now $140. Unacceptable. The only thing they suggested I do is cancel my extended cable and get Sling to stream TV. Also, the guy at the store and the representative I talked to on the phone told me that it will continue to rise every year. So, no thank you Wave! It’s a rip off and a scam don’t fall for it!

Upload speeds are weak. Update 3/3/2018, they just came out with "Gigabit" but you get only 10mbps upload. Even the business side only gets 30mbps. Just unbelievable weak uploads, I don't get it. Doesn't make sense, we will never have good internet here no competition. My current "Gig" Speeds are about 120-300mbps
