I first learned of Ideal Protein six months before my wedding. It was actually one of my patients who shared information with me about Ideal Protein. I was so excited about actually knowing someone who had had such great success with IP, that I became eager to sign up! Port Orchard Natural Medicine made the process easy for my husband & myself. We received Great support from our coach & their great front office. It’s been a tad over 4 years since we first started with PONM & Ideal Protein, every now and then when we feel like a few pounds might be creeping back on, we return for a restart or a check in.
