The campground is beautiful, clean and quiet. The manager is rude, caustic and demeaning. She needs training in customer relations. I have stayed twice and had unfortunate communications with her both times. I refused to stay the first time and left prior to a planned 4-day campout due to Ms. Phalen's rudeness and negative manner. Second time was just as bad. Won't go back and will warn my friends. I'm a senior who camps a lot. Never had such experiences anywhere.
