I went in to get a replacement meal and have never felt so disrespected by an establishment. When I originally called in I was told nothing about needing a receipt and was informed my name would be written down in 'their Book'. The manager I was dealing with glared the whole time, telling me she couldn't do anything and huffed when I stated that I would pull up my bank statement to prove I had been in and go through my phone logs to verify I had called. She begrudgingly replaced PART of my meal and treated me as if I was just in there trying to scam free food. I asked for some ranch and she shoved her hands in her pockets while rudely stating she wouldn't be able to help me in her store again. No problem, I won't be going back.
