Was a customer for three years since moving to Valley. They have been friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Today went to by two plants and asked associate how much. She said $4.19 unless they are larger and have a special tag. She showed me these two didn't have a special tag. Went up to pay for them and was charged $8.99 for them!! Went back to talk to the sales associate and she said oh well some one must of pulled the special tag. Asked for the manager. His response was"that's just the way it is". To bad they lost a customer for life over this!
