Pho Tic Tac

Almost 5 stars but I've had better broth and service as usual for these places was mediocre. I don't like having to ask to have my water glass refilled. Otherwise fast friendly service. Overall great bowl of pho and great egg rolls. I'm a big fan of good chili oil which they had. I'll be back here for sure!
