My boyfriend, girlfriend, and I went to this place at 7:40pm before we went to a concert. This place is supposed to be open til 8pm. We called before to confirm and the outside sign says they are open til "8ish". There were two girls working there. One was kinda nice, helped us find an outfit, etc. The other girl didn't say hi, when we asked her to get shoes she flat out didn't get them, and she didn't say anything to us the entire time. They made us feel like we were infringing on their time even though is was before 8. We even tipped them at the end with $15 bucks because they seemed so put out and they didn't even say thanks! We were out of the store and on the sidewalk by 8:03!! The customer service there was horrible! If you want to be out by 8, then leave by 7:30! We bought a complete outfit and spent $500 and they can't be courteous and professional?! The amount of money doesn't matter but just saying. I am really offended by the service we received.
