Peloton

Recently moved out of Peloton after living there for a year. We were already paying a premium for the apartment, but justified it due to the location in Redmond. However, after a year they raised our rent by almost 10%!! The apartments are not nearly nice enough to justify such a hefty price. Beyond that, the window screens all have holes in them and our shower lining was cracked and never fixed, even after work orders were requested. The worst part of the experience came after moving out. The apartment assessed that we owed them for cleaning fees. Instead of asking us for the payment, they sent our amount directly to a collections agency! We always paid rent on time and did not leave the apartment in bad shape, so it seems that this is their standard practice. I find this practice to be offensive and would be enough for me to recommend that you look elsewhere for housing. TLDR: Great location. Okay apartment. Get ready for your rent to skyrocket at the end of your lease. Do you like dealing with collections agencies?? Then this is the place for you!
