Pearle Vision

Very bad in dealing with insurance. Have created an unnecessary pain for over 9 months now. They provide wrong instructions and their staff does not seem to understand/record communications. Keep sending notices in spite of proper msg. Will not be going there anymore.

I have my eyeglasses replaces every two years or so at Pearle Vision. Marjorie and Boris who have been there for many years always remember me and provide excellent service. This past year, there was a problem with my prescription as written by my Ophthalmologist, that Pearle took care of at no cost to me.
