Omar has been very easy to work with and quite pleasant. He has been out several times due to an issue with my furnace. He's willing to answer questions and seek answers. He was even willing to help bring in firewood when a quick fix for my furnace was not possible.

Ben, from Patriot Plumbing came over on an after hours call to fix a water leak in our house. Ben seemed very knowledgeable; he provided a temporary fix initially. He later came over the following weekend with all the required parts to properly fix the issue. My wife liked that he wore booties every time he came into the house. He was very courteous.
