I lived here 2yrs as it was transitioning under new management ie: Park120. Previously it was called Park Ridge apartments. During my time here I fell in love with the layout of my 2 bedroom apartment. However the stackable washer and dryer combo did not fit inside the closet and took up space in the hallway. I also liked the floor plan of the townhomes but was never able to get one due to the limited availability. Most apartments allow you to have a gas grill. While only a few like Park120 would rather you pay them to use theirs because of "fire hazards". Also while living there we encountered several times our vehicles were towed without notification. Addendums made to our lease that was sent to us in the mail. No call no heads up about the addendums being made. Several times we complained about roaches, fleas, break ins, loud children screaming at the top of their lungs near your windows, rude staff, leaky faucets, broken dishwasher, and heat lamps in the bathroom that would go out constantly, even one time the office lost my money order for my rent. Slapped a late fee on it and gave me a 3 day to vacate order. Luckily I had the money order receipt and was recognized by a staff member that helped me the previous time. From reading these reviews left by MAJORITY not ALL past and current tenants. It is safe to say this community has not improved by anyone's standards. Hopefully the management, resident relations, and the company will do more with the reviews that have already been submitted and work on fixing those issues. Being a prospective resident I wanted to see if the new Park 120 would have more to offer than before but it sounds as if things are still operating the same there.
