The Park at Cooper Point Apartments

I moved in a month ago, and the apartment was not very clean when I moved in. I had to clean all of the kitchen cupboards myself. The carpet was not even vacuumed and although they said it had been shampooed, it felt dirty. The rude carpet guy came back and quickly brushed over it again. I cleaned it myself after he left with my own carpet shampooer and the water was totally black and had all sorts of junk in it. One of the bedrooms still does not have a screen in the window even though I have asked for one repeatedly since I moved in. Also, The windows and screens were never cleaned before I moved in, The back patio wasn't either. Nobody takes care of the stairway areas and there is trash, cobwebs, dirt, and it smells bad. I've been to the office several times, but still no luck.
