Bad feeling and sad experience with Paris Plumbing.. I asked them to install a new bathroom faucet in a seldom used area. The plumber they sent talked me into fixing the old faucet instead. He put in a part that only lasted about 30 days. When we found out it had a defect and called Paris, it was day 37. Turns out they only cover parts for 30 days, and would not do anything about it. No discount on fixing the problem. Only more costs. I felt like they do not care about my continuing business, so they have lost it.

Zero stars is the most appropriate rating. Instead of replacing a leaking pipe as requested, the plumber charged us to go to Home Depot to buy a pipe patch, then applied it, but the pipe still leaked. When I called to ask them to send someone else to properly fix the problem, I was told to contact a different company. Apparently, they don't stand behind their work because they know it's shoddy work.
