Paradisos del Sol Winery

I'm horrible with names, but the owner's wife was the one serving in the tasting room. She was incredibly down to earth and did a fantastic job making wine enjoyable for someone who normally doesn't drink wine. The wines were very delicious and the unique technique of sip, sip, bite, sip was really an eye opener. I always took extra smaller sips at other places after learning that. Thank you very much for an excellent tasting experience!
