Panera Bread

I usually get good service at Panera but not this evening at this Panera. My order was so messed up as were the giggly girls making it up. Bagels were not toasted as I had asked for and they forgot the cream cheese I paid for. They only gave me half my order. I had to ask for the the rest of my order piece by piece. Terrible service with missing items for take out which unfortunately for me I did not find out until after I had driven away. They kept giggling and apologizing and reassuring me it was all there as I asked for each item
