Person who helped me choose charms was very sweet & knew a lot about the options I had and helped me stay in my budget. Will def be returning!

I decided to try Pandora while in search of a Christmas present, and my experience was absolutely awful. The store was understaffed, and didn't have a good process for figuring out who to help. I knew exactly what I wanted coming into the store. After trying to get someone to help me for 40 minutes I walked out and took my business elsewhere. I'll not be returning to this Pandora location.
