Pacific NorthWest Computers, 1104 W. 39th St, Vancouver, WA 98660, recently restored my very sick computer. It had been infected with one of several viruses which froze the screen. Had to force a shutdown and it would not turn back on. Of all computer repair services available, was incredibly blessed to choose PNC. Very professional. Very knowledgable. Jon fixed it promptly and explained exactly what had cause the problem and what he'd done to repair it. Later, I called him several times with questions. He was patient, listened, and went out of his way to confirm my questions had been answered. Wonderful place, wonderful service. Great person to fix whatever needs fixing. Thank you PNC.

Jon has been amazing to deal with! We've got older computers and a rapidly expanding business.
