Came in by myself and sat at the bar around 1 to a mostly entry restaurant (about 5 or 6 others here).
Pros: Relatively fast service. Friendly staff. Food was tasty. (Just had an appetizer). Bar tender was on point both drinks and getting the check in a promt manner.
Cons: Not the best music selection. Staff was friendly and quick, however the servers were all huddled in the back diddling on their phones. Food is way overpriced, however I just had a quick drink and appetizer. Table could have been cleaner. No silverware or napkins until I asked for it (they did apologize for not having it ready), same for water.
Caveats: I was by myself, so I was an easy customer. It was one of the few places in walking distance while my car was getting worked on, so was only choice by proximity.
Bottom line: If you're coming here with your family know that you'll pay $25-30 for a $7 steak and average service. I imagine during the dinner rush service lacks, but who knows. It's a chain steakhouse which comes with strings attached.
