otter bar and Burger

Way overpriced! I paid $11 for a single burger, NO FRIES!?? If you want fries it's $3-$7 extra! The burger was just "OK". What makes it worse is they don't wait on you! You have to walk up to the bar and order, pick up your own drink. I had to get up and get more water, get up and ask for a box,(box my own food) get up and ask for my bill, get up and pay my bill. I then felt guilty to not leave a tip, so I left $1 but kinda' resented it. The whole time the bartender just stood doing nothing and never even asked if I needed anything. Sorry but NEVER AGAIN OTTER!
