I had the opportunity to see this place for the first time since moving back to this area for a memorial service. It's very clean, and a great spot for smaller events like small wedding receptions, baby showers, memorials, birthday parties or a family reunion. It's actually bigger then I thought it would be. I love how it has a full kitchen area as well and a large room separated by a door for a wedding or birthday party space. All in all I am considering asking to use it for a family gathering in the summer. :)
