My MacBook Air screen was broken. I live in olympia and had been calling mac repair stores in Seattle and Tacoma. Most of the stores I called would not even quote me unless I drove to the store. He charged me less than half of any of the competition, and on top of all that he replaced my chipped keyboard buttons for free. The service was absolutely unbelievable in price and in time. I wasn't mislead or tricked into paying high fees. I was treated as a person and the quality of his work was definitely professional grade.
